It had a small pool which was nice.
Family-owned and operated. I was impressed that when they made a mistake in their favor they not only found it and corrected it. Then they called me to notify me. Bed was very comfortable.

no breakfast, because they have clean the room, The room and the bathroom are very clean. The owners are so friendly I asked for warm water and they brought it to my room.
I didn't eat breakfast. The room and the linens were very clean. No funny smells either.

The owners are so kind and helpful. The rooms need a little tlc but they are in progress of upgrading. The location is great. There is a grocery store, gas station and a dollar general across the street. There is a Hardee's, Church's chicken and izza hut across the street. There is also 2 flea markets across the street. The owners keep the place clean and orderly and go above and beyond for you. It just needs a few things updated.
Location good--grocery store, bank, several fast food restaurants, etc. Jackson Lake was a short drive.
